Each capper's rank is driven by a composite weighted 60% ROI, 20% win rate, and 20% risk-adjusted return (Sharpe-like ratio of per-pick units). Computed across every graded pick the capper has ever made — not just this week. Indexed cappers always rank above farm cappers regardless of composite, until Cut Day.
